Return / exchange

As a general rule, products purchased on this site cannot be returned.

However, we do accept returns due to errors on our part. Please see below for details on returns due to our error. In addition, as a general rule, products purchased in-store cannot be returned.

 

Regarding returns and exchanges in the event of an error on our part

In the case of returns or exchanges in the event of an error on our part, such as ``you received a different item from the one you purchased'', ``the item was damaged or soiled during shipping/delivery'', or ``the item is suspected to be a copy item''.

Please do not remove the inspection tag attached to the product. Please note that if you remove it, we may not be able to accept returns or refunds. Please contact us for returns within 2 days from the date of delivery of the product. Once you have contacted us, please send the product to us according to the instructions provided in the email. Please rest assured that we will cover the shipping costs (cash on delivery) incurred when returning the product. As soon as we confirm that the product has arrived at our company, we will issue a full refund or exchange. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping and handling costs for re-shipping. Please note that due to our inventory, we may not be able to accept exchanges, but in that case, we will issue a full refund.

*If the customer suspects that the product is a copy and requests a refund, please note that once the product arrives at our company, we will re-examine it and we will issue a refund only if it is once again determined to be a copy.

 

Products that cannot be returned or refunded

Please note that according to our company regulations, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

  • If there is any trace of the product being used after it arrives.
  • If the LALÙE tag attached to the product is removed from the product. (The same applies if the tag comes off unintentionally)
  • If the condition of the product has changed from when it was shipped due to cleaning, washing, or other maintenance performed by the customer.
  • If accessories such as storage bags or tags are lost or damaged.
  • If you contact us after 2 days from the date of delivery of the product.
  • Products purchased at the store.
  • If there is no advance notice.
  • As a general rule, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the above conditions do not apply to you, please contact us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as originally listed on the product page, have the original LALÙE tag attached, and be shipped from an address within Japan. LALÙE does not accept in-store returns, whether purchased online or in-store, as all returns must be shipped to our warehouse for inspection and processing.

LALÙE cannot accept returns from overseas. Please note that if an international package is returned to LALÙE, you will be responsible for all fees incurred.

We carefully inspect our products before shipping, but in the unlikely event that there is a "wrong product," "wrong quantity," or "defective product (initial defect)" in the shipped product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

  • If more than 3 days have passed since the product arrived
  • If you use
  • When resizing
  • If the accessories included at the time of purchase are missing (lost, etc.)
  • If there is any damage or scratches on the customer's hand
  • Other cases due to the customer's convenience (color/size difference, etc.)
