Payment method

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay, AliPay, PayPal, WeChat Pay and Diners Club are accepted. If payment fails, we will hold your order for 30 minutes. You can also pay by cash when you visit our store.

LALUE uses 3D Secure for credit card payments (identification authentication system) to make shopping online safer. By using a credit card with a 3D Secure password set, you can use it more safely and securely without any unauthorized use. About currency

On this website, you can choose to pay in the following currencies: Japanese Yen (JPY), US Dollar (USD), Chinese Yuan (RMB), and Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). At checkout, your order will be charged in Japanese Yen based on the foreign currency exchange rate of your respective payee.

About shipping charges

Free shipping throughout Japan via Yamato Transport. Orders from overseas will be shipped by DHL. For purchases under 300,000 yen, the shipping charge will be a flat rate of 5,000 yen. Shipping fee of 20,000 yen for orders over 300,000 yen. If you would like shipping insurance, please contact customer service and we can arrange this for an additional fee.

About customs clearance, import duties, and consumption taxes

Prices for all products on this site include consumption tax. Please note that all customs duties, other import taxes and customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact the customs office of the receiving country for details.
